Scope and Content:

The Tobias Buckell papers consists of printed (paper-based) and handwritten manuscripts for novels and short stories by Tobias Buckell, along with a small amount of correspondence related to those materials as well as some juvenilia. The collection is divided into series based upon format. Series I consists of novels; series II includes short stories; series III contains juvenilia; series IV is correspondence; series V contains miscellaneous materials. The majority of materials are organized within their series based upon original date of publication. Dates of publication and reprinting are generally taken from the author’s webpage, www.tobiasbuckell.com. In cases where no dates are available, items have been arranged alphabetically by title.

Biographical Sketch:

Tobias S. Buckell is a Caribbean-born speculative fiction writer who grew up in Grenada, the British Virgin Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has published stories in various magazines and anthologies. He is a Clarion graduate, Writers of The Future winner, and Campbell Award for Best New SF Writer Finalist. (www.tobiasbuckell.com)
