NIU-Naperville opened in the fall of 2000; its library is designed to function as an electronic library relying on document delivery to fulfill the needs of the students. In addition to a basic collection of reference books and many specialized databases, the Library provides access to I-Share, FirstSearch, and the Internet, offering a wide variety of resources for students to complete class assignments and research projects. Rapid document delivery from Founders Library in DeKalb to Naperville ensures that books, periodicals, and other materials are available to meet student needs. Library staff members are available to assist patrons during regular Library hours.
